At Global CTRL, all products are made to order specifically for each customer. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizing, buyer's remorse, change of mind, or ordering the wrong product.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@globalctrl.net.

Lost Packages
If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us at support@globalctrl.net. We will work with the carrier and our fulfillment partner to investigate and determine the appropriate resolution.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. Please review sizing information carefully before placing your order.
Refunds
Refunds are only issued for approved claims involving damaged, defective, incorrect, or lost items. If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
